AI allows us to produce, analyse and explore more quickly. That gain invites us to consider what we want to do with it: accumulate more outputs, or also develop how we understand, choose and create?
A convincing deliverable does not, by itself, show what we have understood. We have an active role to maintain in our work: defining the problem, questioning answers, explaining what we have learnt and taking responsibility for decisions.
This practice can take simple forms: requesting a counterargument before a decision, explaining an idea studied with AI in your own words, or testing an initial idea in the real world.
