You expect your teams to learn AI.

But when was the last time you made time to learn it yourself?

15 minutes a day. Five days. Five real experiments.

  1. Monday — Research

Pick a business topic you don’t know well. Ask AI to explain it, identify the key uncertainties, and suggest what you should verify independently.

  2. Tuesday — Challenge

Take an opinion you strongly hold. Ask AI to make the strongest possible case against it.

  3. Wednesday — Rehearse

Prepare a difficult conversation. Ask AI to play the other person, raise realistic objections, and give you feedback on your responses.

  4. Thursday — Decide

Take a real decision. Ask AI to compare three options, challenge your preferred choice, and identify what you still need to know before deciding.

  5. Friday — Build

Choose one repetitive task. Ask AI to identify three ways to simplify the workflow. Pick one improvement you can test in 15 minutes.

At the end of each session, write down one thing you learned.

After five days, ask yourself: did I just learn more about AI, or did I discover a different way to work?

You don’t develop an AI practice by collecting tools. You develop it by practising.

Five days. 75 minutes. Five opportunities to think and work differently. No course required. Just curiosity, discipline and a little protected time.

Before you close your laptop today, block 15 minutes in your calendar, Monday to Friday next week.
