PREPARE YOUR NEXT MOVE

Clarify. Choose. Turn intention into action.

Step back, clarify what really matters, choose a direction and take action.

01

CLARIFY

See the situation for what it is.

I step back from my track record, my energy, my responsibilities, my aspirations and the real constraints around me.

The goal is not to create a more comfortable story. It is to distinguish what still works, what is running out of energy, and what is beginning to emerge.

What we examine

  • current identity
  • energy and motivation
  • skills and assets
  • real constraints
  • signals of transition
02

CHOOSE

Decide what deserves to move forward.

Not every possibility deserves to become a direction.

We test the options against my priorities, my values, my responsibilities and the life I actually want to build.

Choosing a direction also means deciding what I will no longer pursue.

What we work on

  • trade-offs
  • scenarios
  • risks
  • what I let go
  • decision criteria
03

MOVE FORWARD

Turn intention into a next chapter.

A direction only becomes real when it starts changing my decisions, my routines, my conversations and the way I use my time.

We create enough movement to make progress, while staying flexible enough to learn, experiment and adjust along the way.

What we put in place

  • first actions
  • experiments
  • routines
  • key conversations
  • feedback loops
  • adjustments
FROM REFLECTION TO ACTION

You may already have done part of the work.

A skills assessment, previous advisory work or simply years of reflection may already have helped you understand your situation.

There is no need to repeat that work if it already exists. We can build on it.

Aligned in Motion plays a different role: turning what you already know into choices, decisions and action.

Understanding matters. Action changes the trajectory.

THE FRAME

Advisory work to gain foresight and build instead of endure.

WHAT THIS IS

  • A structured space for reflection
  • A demanding outside perspective
  • Work on your real decisions
  • A method to turn reflection into action

WHAT THIS ENABLES ME TO DO

  • Step back from my situation
  • Identify what genuinely matters to me
  • Let a chosen direction emerge
  • Make more conscious decisions
  • Start building the change

I remain the author of my next chapter.
The work helps me read the blank page better.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Executive transition coaching — questions leaders ask

What is executive transition coaching?
Executive transition coaching is a structured advisory for senior leaders moving between roles, mandates or chapters. It combines stock-taking, decision framing and a concrete plan, so a transition becomes a deliberate move rather than a reaction to circumstances.
How does first 90 days CEO coaching work?
The first 90 days set the tone of a mandate. The work covers reading the real context, choosing where to spend attention, sequencing early decisions, building the leadership team dynamic and defining the few signals that prove traction — reviewed session by session as the mandate unfolds.
Do you provide C-suite onboarding advisory for organisations?
Yes. Organisations sponsor onboarding advisory for a newly appointed executive, a succession, an exit or a repositioning. The engagement stays confidential with the leader, while the sponsor agrees the objectives and the review points at the outset.
Is this career transition support for executives and founders?
It is. Executives leaving a mandate and founders after an exit or handover use the same frame: understand where you stand, define what genuinely matters, then design the next chapter — a new role, a portfolio path, a board seat or an entrepreneurial move.
How do we start, and what does it cost?
It starts with a complimentary 30-minute conversation, with no commitment. From there, a 90-minute clarification session is €290 excl. VAT and the deeper questionnaire-and-report step is €390 excl. VAT. Each step is decided separately.
Where do sessions take place and in which languages?
Sessions take place by video call, in English or French. The website and AIM AI Guide are also available in German. Aligned in Motion is based in Dublin, Ireland, and works with leaders across Ireland and continental Europe.
