ABOUT

Built through transformation.Changed through movement.

For more than 24 years, I led complex transformations in the real world.

Then, in 2023, I started changing the way I moved, learned, thought and worked.

AI accelerated that journey.

Aligned in Motion grew out of it.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of leadership, human alignment and AI.

THE SHIFT

From filling time to building deliberately.

For years, work, responsibility and performance occupied most of the space.

In 2023, something shifted.

Walking every day created room to think.

Audiobooks brought new perspectives.

Experimentation turned some of those ideas into disciplines I could sustain.

Gradually, time stopped being something to fill and became a space in which I could deliberately build the person I wanted to become.

We spend a lot of time discovering who we are.Not enough deciding who we want to become.

MOVEMENT

Movement changed more than my routine.

Walking became a place to learn, question assumptions and create distance from noise.

Books brought ideas from different worlds.

Practice tested them against reality.

AI made it possible to challenge, connect and explore those ideas differently.

Movement became my learning laboratory.

AI & FOBO

Fear is a poor operating system.

AI is evolving extraordinarily fast.

Alongside the opportunities comes a powerful narrative: keep up, adopt now, or become obsolete.

FOBO — the Fear Of Becoming Obsolete — is real.

But fear is a poor decision-maker. It pushes us to chase every new model, every new tool and every new promise.

The answer is not to ignore AI.

It is to stop allowing the noise around AI to decide for us.

  • From fear → to judgement
  • From urgency → to intentional experimentation
  • From “I need to catch up” → to “What is actually worth amplifying?”

The objective is not to outrun obsolescence. It is to keep evolving.

THE HUMAN BEHIND THE MACHINE

What can AI do?

Who is the human behind the machine becoming?

AI can amplify us.It cannot decide who we want to become.

AI can produce, analyse, challenge, simulate and accelerate.

But it does not bring lived experience, intuition or the judgement built in the real world.

The question that interests me is therefore no longer simply what AI can do.

The more powerful our tools become, the more intentional we need to become about the way we think, decide and lead.

THE HUMAN FRAME

Technology can accelerate the work.It cannot create the commitment.

AI can challenge assumptions, structure thinking and prepare options.

But it does not create continuity, the appointment we are tempted to postpone, or responsibility for what happens next.

AI can prepare the ground.Human relationships create the frame in which change becomes real.

The future is not human versus AI.It is about knowing what each should amplify.

BUILT IN THE REAL WORLD

Experience matters. So does continuing to learn.

My work today combines decades of transformation experience with continuous learning and deep hands-on practice with AI.

WHAT I’M LEARNING FROM

What I’m learning from.

Most of my learning does not happen sitting behind a desk.

It happens while walking.

  • Philosophy & psychology
  • AI & technology
  • Geopolitics & economics
  • Health & performance

THE WORK CONTINUES

We are always becoming.

I do not see personal or professional evolution as a destination.

It is a process of becoming more intentional about who we want to be, the decisions we want to make and the contribution we want to leave behind.

Transformation does not only change what we produce. It also changes who we become.
