Frédéric Vallerich, Founder of Aligned in Motion
After more than twenty-four years leading complex transformations, I came to a simple conviction: the most meaningful change begins with the way we learn, make decisions and take action.
I founded Aligned in Motion to help experienced leaders gain greater insight, prepare their next chapter, and integrate artificial intelligence into the way they think and work.
My approach combines decades of transformation experience, extensive hands-on practice with generative AI, and a lifelong commitment to learning.
The goal is not to accumulate more knowledge, but to turn it into better decisions, lasting habits and meaningful progress.
